EASE ebook

Ready to start eating with EASE

This free e-book is for you!

Download my free ebook to find practical ways to eat with awareness, safety, and embodiment, gently reframe common myths about eating and healing your relationship with food, and get support for moments when eating feels challenging.

My relationship with food used to be very bad, mainly because of body image. I couldn’t get myself to eat properly due to fear of gaining weight and the desire to lose weight. Working together definitely helped a lot, particularly with reframing my thoughts around food and body image. What helped most was knowing there was always support, alongside the challenges set after each session; like trying fear foods or trying something new. Thank you.
