Our Expert Services

We support all age groups from 5+ years as well as to family or friends.

All our sessions are virtual.

1

Individual Sessions

50-minute dietetic sessions offering a supportive, non-judgemental space to explore your relationship with food and your body. Sessions combine specialist nutrition guidance, psychoeducation and emotional and body awareness, with personalised resources and practical tools tailored to your needs.

2

Between Sessions Support

Change doesn’t happen only in appointments.

Between sessions, you’ll have agreed support to help you reflect, work through challenges and put what we discuss into practice in everyday life.

3

Reflections & Practical Resources

Personalised reflections, exercises and practical resources can help you explore your relationship with food, recognise patterns and develop new ways of responding to challenges at your own pace.

Other Services

Clinical Supervision
