About The EASE Approach

I’m Kelina Fili, a specialist eating disorder dietitian.        I support people experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating, and ongoing food-related distress to build steadier, more grounded ways of living with food. My work blends nutrition science, emotional and embodied awareness. This way of working often helps people feel calmer around food, more trusting of their body, and less stuck in cycles of guilt or overwhelm.

I have expertise in managing Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Orthorexia, ARFID, Binge Eating Disorder, and disordered eating patterns. I offer bespoke dietetic sessions to people who require support with body confidence and nutrition. Rather than prioritising meal plans, targets, or rapid behavioural change, EASE focuses on creating the internal conditions that make change possible.

My background

I hold a Bsc (Hons) in Dietetics and two MSc Degrees in "Health Psychology" and "Sports and Exercise Nutrition". I am currently working on my MPhil in Social Psychology, exploring how mood and motivation affect eating behaviour.

I have 10 years of experience, both in private practice and the NHS, where I lead  multidisciplinary teams

My training includes:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-ED),

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT),

  • Family-Based Therapy (FBT),

  • Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM),

  • Psychodynamic Psychotherapy,

  • as well as Autism and Neurodiversity.

What's different about the EASE Approach?

The EASE Approach offers a calm, thoughtful way of working with food,

shaped around you, your life,  and what feels possible right now.

It’s for people who are looking for support that feels steady, collaborative, and responsive.

Work shaped around you

Sessions take shape around your lifestyle, what you’ve already lived through, and what feels realistic at this point in time.  As things change, the work adapts too, allowing space for reflection, curiosity, and gradual movement forward.

Food in the context of life

Eating is influenced by emotions, relationships, identity, and past experiences.

By working with all of these together, changes around food often feel more grounded and more integrated.

Change that feels sustainable

Progress often comes through small, steady shifts that build over time.
As things settle, food will start taking up less mental space and feeling easier to live with day to day.

Change shaped around you

I founded the EASE Approach after seeing how much richer and more sustainable change can feel when it’s shaped around each person’s life and pace.

I draw on experience across a wide range of eating challenges, bringing together practical nutrition understanding and psychological insight in a way that feels grounded, personalised, and life-centred. My approach is gentle and embodiment-focused, shaped around each person’s needs, and values.

Together, we can explore support that feels rooted in your strengths, your rhythm, and your aspirations, not just your symptoms.

If you’re curious about how this support works, you might find answers in our FAQs, or feel free to reach out directly and book a 15-min free discovery call.
