What to expect from The EASE Approach

The EASE Approach: Eating with Awareness, Safety and Embodiment

A gentle, structured, and emotionally aware approach to healing. Working with Kelina Fili and The EASE Approach means:

🌿 Compassion first 🌿

No judgement, no pressure, no “just eat more” advice — ever.

🌱 Whole-person support 🌱

Food isn’t separate from emotions, trauma, relationships, stress, or identity. We work with all of it in a way that feels safe, steady, and doable.

🧠 Evidence-based techniques 🧠

Informed by nutritional science, CBT-E, ACT, and compassion-focused frameworks — adapted to your needs and pace.

💛 Pace that honours your nervous system 💛

Recovery doesn’t need to be harsh. Small shifts — done consistently and gently — create meaningful change.

🏆 Long-term, sustainable change and results 🏆

People often notice that food begins to feel less overwhelming, decisions become steadier, and the mental noise around eating softens over time. Progress here isn’t about doing more — it’s about feeling safer and more supported as things gradually shift.

Go beyond rules and restriction

 You're allowed to take time

Trying harder isn’t the answer. A safer, more nourishing way of working can change how recovery feels. I founded the EASE approach from my passion for seeing patients flourish on the path to long-term recovery.

I adopt a gentle, grounded, and embodiment-focused approach to recovery, tailored to each individual’s needs and aspirations.

Together, let's explore a steadier, more supportive way forward.

Together, we will achieve.
